Complaint on Poor Catering Service

I am writing these to complaint about your catering service provided were not satisfied during my seminar.

This complaint letter is focusing on the poor catering service from your company. After the event, many participants complained about the catering service. Firstly, the caterers were often late to provide food and they are quite messy in their work. Some of that, a few participant even said that some of your caterers were rude. Lastly, in one of the evening meals, the pulut and rendang was spoiled and smelled bad.
